A recognizable O-Tech system
Use the approved O/mountain mark, blue/navy/teal palette, consistent type, cards, process steps, and ascent visual language at every screen size.
O-Tech rebuilt its own website on the same managed foundation it can use for client projects.
Brand, marketing, client accounts, billing, legal content, and release operations were developed together.
This internal rebuild joins O-Tech's public message with the systems clients use after they decide to work with the business. The finished foundation connects the Laravel marketing site, service workflows, WHMCS client portal, and a controlled operating process.
The previous public site used WordPress and Elementor. Its older header and service presentation did not carry through to the WHMCS client area, and the marketing site and account experience felt like separate destinations.
The goal covered more than a visual reskin.
Use the approved O/mountain mark, blue/navy/teal palette, consistent type, cards, process steps, and ascent visual language at every screen size.
Move the marketing experience to Laravel, MariaDB, and Filament with reusable modules and a controlled release path.
Connect public service paths to the canonical WHMCS client portal, billing, password, support, and transactional-email experience.
Build in private staging, automated checks, backups, rollback, security headers, MFA policy, and documented deployment gates.
The mark, colors, cards, progress lines, process steps, calls to action, and mobile behavior now belong to the same identity.

The WordPress marketing experience was rebuilt in Laravel with MariaDB and Filament. Reusable O-Tech managed-platform packages support health, security, release validation, and deliberate update operations.
Visitors can move through Website Review, Managed Care, Hosting, contact, privacy, and terms before reaching the branded WHMCS portal at client.otechservice.com for accounts, billing, invoices, support, and payments.
Technical work is translated into practical safeguards for the business and its clients.
The earlier WordPress site and current Laravel site are presented without mockups or invented outcome claims.

The platform is tested, responsive, integrated with client billing and transactional email, protected with staged release checks, and supported by backup and rollback procedures.
Brand, website, client portal, and operations work as one managed system designed to remain understandable and maintainable after launch.
No traffic, conversion, search-ranking, sales, revenue, testimonial, or unmeasured performance claim appears in this case study.
